- Manage the Tenant Check-In and Check-Out process
- Obtaining competitive quotations and, upon
approval,
arranging necessary repairs and
maintenance to the value of £500.
- Contact the Tenant at the end of the tenancy and manage
the renewal or termination process.

- Letting Only is = 10%
- Letting Only Renewal fee = 8%
- Letting and Full Management is 15%
- Letting and Full Management Renewal Fee is 13%
