- Rent Collection
- Manage all DPS Administration
- 24 HR Emergency Helpline and Response
- Produce monthly Statements
- Periodic inspections of the property every 4 months and reporting any problems
- Advising on any repairs that are necessary at the beginning and end of the tenancy
- Providing information on insurance options
- Arrange Gas Safety Checks (chargeable)
- Arrange Energy Performance Certificates (chargeable)
- Compile detailed Inventories
- Put a Rent Guarantee Policy in place for 6 months
- Manage the Tenant Check-In and Check-Out process
- Obtaining competitive quotations and, upon
approval,
arranging necessary repairs and maintenance to the value of £500. - Contact the Tenant at the end of the tenancy and manage
the renewal or termination process.
- Letting Only is = 10%
- Letting Only Renewal fee = 8%
- Letting and Full Management is 15%
- Letting and Full Management Renewal Fee is 13%
